
Our roastery opens at 6am sharp. The first batch starts roasting by 7:30am, guided by our head roaster Alex, who’s been perfecting profiles for over 15 years.
- Cupping: Each batch is tasted and scored daily for quality control.
- Packaging: All bags are sealed within hours of roasting to preserve freshness.
- Design touches: Every label is hand-applied, and we write roast dates manually — a detail our customers love.
You’ll also meet Lou, our delivery driver who knows everyone on our route by name, and Tara, who designs the seasonal labels you’ve probably seen on our Limited Batch bags.
